Product Substitution

In the unlikely event that we are out of stock of a specific item, we will substitute this with an alternative of equal or higher value.

If we are out of stock of a gift item, and our website has not been updated to reflect this, we will contact immediately and offer an alternative or give you the option to cancel your order. We will however endeavour to ensure that all products as available as advertised.

Boxes and Baskets

Where possible a particular container or basket ordered will be supplied. Should these not be available, then alternative containers of a similar value and style may be substituted.

Cancellation of Order

To cancel an order once you have received a confirmation email from us, please contact us as soon as possible on info@deluxebaskets.co.nz

If the goods have not been dispatched, we will cancel your order immediately.

If goods have been dispatched, as long as they are returned to us within 7 days of being received and are in the same condition as they were sent, we will provide a full refund (excluding the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost).

Standard Delivery to any address in New Zealand

Deluxe Baskets will dispatch orders Monday to Friday within 24 hours of receiving your order. Orders received after 1pm on Friday may be sent the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

If you wish your box to be delivered at a later date of your choice, please just advise us of this when making your purchase.

Standard delivery for the South Island usually takes 2 to 3 working days for delivery depending on location. Smaller towns & rural deliveries may take an additional day.

Standard delivery for the North Island is usually an overnight service dependent upon location.  Smaller towns and rural delivery can take between 2 and 5 days.
